"For Allah is full of bounty to mankind, but most of them are ungrateful" ( 2: 243)
Why compare yourself to better beings
When your closest and lovely mate is afflicted with a plight
A tragic plight which you yourself cannot bear to hear
Yakinlah sahabatku,
Kesengsaraan umat terdahulu itu lagi dasyat
As in Al-Baqarah, verse 214:
"Or do you think that you shall enter the Garden of bliss without such trials as came to those who passed away before you? They encountered suffering and adversity, and were so shaken in spirit that even the Messanger and those of faith who were with him cried: "When will come the help of Allah?" Verily, the help of Allah is always near!"
That's the glad tidings from Allah S.W.T, my friend!
That's his promise, the only true promise!
InsyaAllah, I want to be your eternal friend,
to accompany you through this hardship
to wipe your every tear
to hug you when your spirit is shaken
and to remind you of our ultimate goal, THE GARDEN.
